What a wonderful find Crowne!!
I initially identified the Fleur de lys badge in late October 2015 on the RJWMB,
but I didn't have the wonderful find you have posted. Crowne, when I do an Instagram post, I will make a clear reference to your find & give a link.
Below are some photos showing the Queen Mother wearing the badge.
Initially, I only posted the 1948 photos of HM from when she first visited the regiment.
In one of the photos below I cannot spot the brooch, although the media stated that HM wore the badge.
According to the media, QEQM was also presented with his own badge by one of the veterans & she immediately pinned it on her dress as well.

The photo below intrigues me as HM was wearing the badge in her hat; yet the media said that she & Princess Margaret were doing Christmas shopping. Later the regiment had a portrait of HM painted
