They have an impeccable provenance and the current Count of Paris has given proof of authenticity of the provenance dating back to his ancestor, the older sister of Marie Antoinette.
They aren't being sold by the Count though, it seems his late grandmother sold them.
They must be fabulously valuable as a sale price is not quoted and instead price is only given on request (which I think means, if you have to ask you cant afford them!
), the highest priced jewels on the website are over $1.7 million so they must be marketed for even more than that.
