Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother huge ring

Hi guys, I saw the below clip on YouTube and noticed that the late Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother wears a very large ring on her left ring finger. It is bearly visible but it is outstanding enough to just quickly pick it up. At first it looked like a coloured stone but then it came across as a massive diamond. What do you guys think?
