Well spotted, it's disappointing when BP mixes up QEQM and QEII !
This article quotes the Birmingham Evening Mail that reported, "the Queen Mother was presented with a Victorian-design butterfly brooch in 18-carat yellow and white gold set with diamonds and sapphires as a memento of her visit".
