    Thanks Franck for those photos, a truly fitting way to end our lovely Bastille Day discussions!

    I was fortunate enough to watch the fireworks from the Esplanade du Trocadéro, but your spot, in low angle view, must have been perfect, judging by those pictures!

    I was probably too mesmerized by the show, so the pictures I took are before and after the fireworks.

    The National colours were proudly displayed, and you can spot a nod to our ubiquitous football team ("Allez les Bleus !")
