As the photo and the link from Boffer's post are no longer available, I found the relevant brooch in the Royal Collection site.
The emeralds are very appealing, making it in many ways more attractive than the brooch worn by Princesses Marie Louise and Helena Victoria and later QEQ, but, as it contains a monogram which is not British, the implications of that make it a diplomatically sensitive item to wear.
