    Indeed QE wore hairclips !

    Suzy Menkes also says that she wore diamond stars in her hair and butterfly !

    My earlier post reminded me that I have a clipping which states that, in July 1937 when she saw the Ballet Russes, QEQM wore 2 diamond stars in her hair.





    This item mentions only diamonds in HM's hair.


    Has anyone ever seen photos or other reports of QEQM wearing stars or other small items in her hair?
