Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother tiara to identify

I stumbled upon this photo of QEQM and am unsure which tiara she was wearing - the Teck circles or the Teck crescents and roses tiara. What do others think?
The King and Queen were attending a play at the Westminster School in December 1937.
On one hand I don't think it is the crescent and roses tiara as the central element does not seem to be much larger than the side elements.
On the other hand the elements do not appear to be complete circles. From a distance the elements in the Teck circles tiara always show up as definite circles.
