It is interesting to see how often this tiara has been worn as a wedding tiara by Wurttemberg brides. It has the added advantage of being flattering to all who have worn it, and a timeless quality which enables it to suit different fashion eras.

As posted by Vincent Meylan on Instagram, HERE, the original Cambridge Lover's Knot Tiara was worn by the Princess of Waldbourg Zeil, née Duchess Mathilde of Württemberg at the Wedding Ball! This is thus far the only picture from the Ball I have seen. UPDATE- Duchess Marie Caroline of Bavaria and Württemberg wore the Württemberg Ruby Tiara HERE, which Vincent reposts now belongs to Duke Philippe! It is so interesting to read the history of the ruby tiara and to see it being worn by the different generations. (plus the ruby cross pendant) I was even more delighted to see the original Cambridge Lovers Knot tiara. Now we know its new home, and hopefully it will be seen from time to time at gala events. Congratulations!!
