My eye is not sufficiently expert to say if this is the same jewel, but the item for auction and the jewel worn by Princess Charlene look identical to me. I wish that the photo of the jewel for auction was clearer. If it is the same jewel, then Princess Caroline must have another very similar jewel as Princess Charlene wore a similar looking jewel on the opposite side of her head also.

So apparently Princess Caroline owns two of these flower brooches. The brooch in the auction catalogue is indeed very similar, but not the same. Not only is it twisted in the opposite direction, but some of the details are different: compare for instance the flower bud above the first large blossom with its counterpart in Charlene's hair.
