UPDATED- Belgian Royal Family at the French State Banquet Posted by The Royal Watcher on November 20, 2018, 4:40 am Queen Mathilde is wearing the Base of the Nine Provinces Tiara with her newer diamond fringe earrings and the French Order of the Legion of Honour at the French State Banquet tonight! Princess Astrid (in the Savoy-Aosta Tiara) and Princess Claire (wearing her Pearl and Diamond Tiara) are also present!
