According to the website of the Norwegian Royal Family this grand dinner is hosted every third year, with a less formal reception held in the years inbetween. In addition to the Turquoise Circlet and the turquoise necklace Princess Astrid is wearing another of Queen Maud's wedding presents: the Rothschild brooch.
