Royal Maundy Service in the UK Posted by Isabelle D on April 20, 2019, 6:48 pm Queen Elizabeth II and princess Eugenie attended the traditional Royal Maundy Service at St George's Chapel on April 18, 2019 in Windsor, England. During the service The Queen distributed Maundy money to 93 men and 93 women, one for each of her 93 years.

The Wattle brooch seems to herald Spring, as does HM's yellow ensemble. Each time I see the Wattle brooch I am glad that Australia gave her a gift which appealed to her. It could have been something which would have had only one wearing. Thank heavens for the designer.
