HM rarely wears the City of London Lily brooch these days, so it is a treat to see it. I wonder if the Duchess of Gloucester has the same jewelled umbrella as she was photographed with a few years ago? From the photo above it would appear that the handle has a rock crystal element at the end of the handle. Here is a closer view of the diamond set part of the umbrella -- if it is the same umbrella.
