Queen Elizabeth II's unknown floral brooch

Queen II received the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, for a private audience at Buckingham Palace in April 2018.
At this audience, she wore an unknown brooch to me.
This brooch was such a puzzle when we discussed it in 2018. Now I can see that the pattern on the Queen's dress and the angle from which the photo was taken misled us. You never accepted the theory that it was a diamond rose brooch, and you were correct.
It would be interesting to try to discover when and from whom QEII received the brooch.
Obviously it would have been some time before the Countess wore it in Malaysia. I wonder if a previous (or even the then current) King and Queen of Malaysi presented it to the Queen?
What a sharp eye and great memory you have Franck!
The countess of Wessex also wore the brooch during a visit to Brunei with her Majesty the Rajah Isteri in 2000.
