Princess Mary Adelaide

I was wondering about the elements on the Princess's dress and could not decipher if they were part of the dress design or if they were jewel pieces attached to same. Please see below. Any thoughts on the element at the centre of her tiara?
I'm pretty sure the elements on the Duchess' dress are not jewelry but are made of fabric and part of the dress. Notice that the same ornaments are used on the edge of the sleeves.
Regarding the head element, Marie Adelaide used one of her big sapphire and diamond brooches set against her diamond circle necklace.
I think the Duchess is wearing her set of sapphire brooches set into her stomaker as well (the larger one, probably the one worn as an hair ornament, was not part of the stomaker but worn above it):
Thank you J-F for clearing this up, they look really beautiful even in the black and white pictures. Its hard to think they could not have been sought after and bought by QM though.
Regards,
Dave.

Probably the brooches are also worn by the Duchess in that painting :
The set of brooches next belonged to Alice, the Countess of Athlone, Marie Adelaide's daughter-in-law.
Alice wore the sapphires in her mother-in-law's stomaker :
and also all pinned on her corsage :
Don't know what happened to them at Alice's death.
