I know that the first photo shows Princess Fatimah (also Fatma and Fatima) Ismail of Egypt, daughter of the Khedive Ismail. He is known to have made extravagant purchases from leading European jewellers, so perhaps he purchased these jewels. The Princess was actively involved in funding the university in Cairo and in campaigns for the right of females to a university education. There are a number of articles about her on the internet.
