I am not at all sure how to react to this video. My impression is that it is meant to be primarily about clothing, but it does discuss the Queen's jewels. Queen Victoria may well have been described (or depicted) by The Illustrated London News as wearing an abundance of sapphires, but it is a shame that at least the month and year of the publication was not mentioned. I would like to see the illustration of Queen Victoria with the bracelets described in the video. In my opinion the jewellery used for the video doesn't resemble any of Queen Victoria's known sapphire jewellery.
