Scene of the marriage of the Princess Royal and Friedrich III at St. James's Palace, in 1858. Victoria, Princess Royal stands at the centre in full veil and wedding dress, beside Friedrich III. On either side of the couple, stand Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, surrounded by onlookers.
