Cartier tiara with synthetic rubies" I was interested to see that this tiara was initially lent to the museum by Lady Logan and later accepted by the UK government in lieu of inheritance tax and allocated to the V & A in 2015. Its situated just next to the Mountbatten tutti frutti bandeu.
