They then said that Eugenie didn’t wear that emerald tiara but wore the Boucheron Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara instead. I assume they are saying that they both wanted to wear the Vlad. I thought it was a bit odd that they both wanted to wear emeralds. Perhaps Meghan wanted to wear the pearl version, that is assuming even a part of the story is true.
