Queen Margerthe birthday what would you like to see? Posted by Mike on March 7, 2020, 11:11 am Hi...I have been wondering what we may see in Dennmark next month. Wondering what we may see? I am hoping to see: 1. Sapphire tiara in the Amalienborg exhibition get an outing. 2. Queen Maxima in the Stuart parure. 3. Queen Mathlide in some of Fabiolas jewells we have not seen her in...perhaps the Spanish wedding tiara. 4. Representation from the UK..dream of Charles and Camilla plus Cambridges. 5. The mystery tiara supposedly bought by Prince Daniel...pink tourmaline. 6. Any other surprise. Realise this is a dream list. Keen to see what others would like to see.

Queen Maud's diamond tiara which had belonged to the late Pricness Rganhild making an appearance on either Queen Sonja or CP Mette-Marit. I know it is highly unlikely, but I wish that the Greek royals would release some information on the history of Queen Sophia's large diamond tiara if Crown Princess Marie Chantal wears it.

I just hope that Queen Margrethe will not have to cancel any of the planned events to celebrate her big 80 due to the situation now with this virus going around. It would indeed be nice to see Queen Maud's Diamond tiara again. But unfortunately I think it is not going to happen. Same with the Stuart parure. I would think it "too" overwelming in this connection, since it is the birthday girl who should be shining the most. It would be more likely to see the Greek Diamond tiara then, even though again it might be thought to be "too" grand. I hope to see Princess Thyra's Sapphire tiara again, although I know that is probably not going to happen either.
