She had on least another demi-parure with sapphires. Just a feeling : The sapphire and diamond brooch from QEQM has returned in the vault. Indeed all the jewels from the royal family including the Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara, the emerald choker or the emerald feather brooch (from QEQM and now worn by the Duchess of Cornwall) came back in the vault. Therefore, I do think it was the same for the sapphire and diamond brooch. Moreover, the divorce agreement did say that all the jewels given by the royal family would come back to the main branch. With the Sapphire Brooch, it probably is back in the vaults and given the close association with the 'revenge' dress I don't think we'll be seeing it on Kate anytime soon.
