It doesn't look like the usual diamond-studded fringes that we usually see. Do we know the provenance of this piece and the materials used to make it? Many thanks!

I thought it was a different piece made of hammered gold or something. But I notice the diamonds now. Probably a trick of the light as she moved which produced this effect.
