Princess Alice of Athlone’s 90th birthday in 1973

I was reading Theo Aronson’s delightful biography of Princess Alice of Athlone. He mentioned that in 1973 her daughter threw her a party at the Turf Club, Carlton House Terrace and the invitation stated “Tiaras if possible”.
He goes on to state that Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen Mother, Queen Juliana and The Grand Duchess of Luxembourg attended.
I wonder who else attended and were there any photos of the guests including Princess Alice wearing wearing tiaras.

I cannot find any details in the press about this party, despite searching under a number of terms.
At the time of her actual birthday in February 1973 Princess Alice was in Jamaica. I wondered if the occasion could have been in honour of her 95th birthday, but for that she was in South Africa.
Queen Juliana was in London in April 1973.
Grand Duchess Josephine was in London in June 1972.
I presume that QEII's attendance at the function was considered totally private as I did not find it in the Court Circulars.
Unfortunately, the magazines and newspapers which concentrated more on social issues circa 1973 (such as Tatler etc) have not been included in the databases I can access.

I wonder if her Saxe-Coburg-Gotha nieces and nephews attended the party? and members of the Swedish Royal Family too!
I'm really interested in Princess Alice's 'small delicately fashioned tiara' and wonder if it could be one of the unidentified Tiaras we talked about earlier this year?
