The so called Pole Carew tiara Posted by Beth on November 24, 2020, 6:24 pm Does anyone know why the tiara in the link below is called the Pole Carew tiara? https://www.pinterest.com.au/pin/287034176229682427/ Apologies. I cannot even log onto Photobucet tonight!! It is just so frustrating. Over recent days I have been trying to find photos of Lady Beatrice Pole Carew wearing the tiara -- unsuccessfully. Nor could I find images of her daughter-in-law, who was known as Lady Carew Pole, wearing the tiara. The change in the name is not a mistake on my part. When Lady Beatrice Pole Carew's eldest son, John, inherited a relative's peerage, he changed his surname to reflect that. When I can post images again, I will provide some images of what jewels I found Lady Beatrice Pole Carew wearing.

Even the central element is removable to wear as a brooch! Apologies everyone. Photobucket is still offering only its deluxe, non usable edition. I'll try again later.
