Wolfe & Co, one of the leading British jewellery designers at the turn of the century but who don't seem to have the brand/name recognition associated with the leading French jewellery houses. My understanding of the information posted at Hancocks Instagram is that this is a modern tiara made by E Wolfe & Co for Hancocks. The design upon which it is based is a 1904 design by Wolfe found in the srchives. Laura Previous Message made in 1904 by E. Last year the online sale record was broken a number of times.
