On my Pinterest this morning, I noticed this. It looks VERY similar and is by far the best quality full picture I have seen of it. I cannot comment on whether its the same or who posted it originally, it was on Pinterest. The picture looks modern and it is the same, it would suggest it is on display somewhere.

When I published my article on the necklace a few months ago, we concluded that the known picture of the necklace was probably colourized from a black and white picture likely taken by Cartier, so that may account for the difference in the colour of the sapphires. I would love to know where it is displayed.

This was the necklace that was giving to Princess Helen of Romania no?
