QEII brooch identification Posted by Bryce on July 25, 2021, 12:28 am It is not to often theses days that I spot a brooch of HM The Queen that does not ring a bell. Often the lighting or angle distort the image but the deductive work of the HFJC Board members usually sort it out for me. I have another. I was thinking that the darker shadows indicated coloured stones - once again the lighting throws me off. But as soon as you said Cullinan (V) it all came into place

I know that it must be the angle from which the photo was taken, but it seems almost as if the Queen had pinned the brooch on an angle.
