I personally think they’ve seen the Bourbon Parma sales and if they did get the jewels, they’d be in Sothebys by the next noble jewel sale

According to Tatler the Cartier Diamond Scroll Tiara of QEQM has 739 brilliant and 149 baton diamonds, and that’s quite a small piece.
