A possible to likely source for QEII's Aquamarine tiara

Some time ago I did a post on Instagram about an aquamarine tiara worn by Viscountess Curzon (her husband was the heir of the Earl Howe)
What struck me was how similar her tiara was to the first version of QEII's Aquamarine tiara.
There are some differences.
1. In the tiara worn by QEII the 3 largish aquamarine elements appear to have been raised above the original top line of the tiara & smaller aquamarines placed underneath those elements. Everything else looks the same.
My lack of certainty is because of the low resolution of the photos of Viscountess Curzon.
One point to note - Angela Kelly in Dressing the Queen said that the tiara was made for QEII in 1957. Pricilla Weigall, Viscountess Curzon was divorced in 1942, remarried in 1943 & was declared bankrupt in 1956. At the time of bankruptcy hearing she told the judge that her jewellery was then valued at only £200, which suggests that she had sold her large jewels to repay creditors.
The images below are self explanatory, I think. But I am happy to answer any queries.
Re: A possible to likely source for QEII's Aquamarine tiara
It does seem logical that when QEII wanted an aquamarine tiara the jeweller would have looked at existing jewellery for sale for matching stones as a starting point.
