Flotilla of Tiaras of British royalty/ Nobility/ Aristocracy

In the YouTube video at Captioned one will note an extremely grand asemblage of tiaras and necklaces. I am hoping that any members of this space can identify the tiaras and other seen on the video.
From 24:46 minutes into the video you can obtain the jewels worn by the Duchess of Kent and Gloucester but what of the Duchess of Beaufort who sits next to the Duchess of Kent. Can anyone identify her tiara and her wonderful and beautiful Devant de Corsage? The Corsage can be seen more clearly from 26:53 minutes.
Who is the lady in blue directly behind the Duchess of Kent' her tiara is extremely grand and large. Who is the lady also in a blue dress next to the I believe Duchess of Wellington' and what of her tiara?
Then there are two other ladies in the same row one in a yellow outfit and the one next to her in a baby blue dress who are also wearing tiaras. Is that Lady Colin Campbell better known as Lady C in the white dress sitting directly behind the lady in the yellow outfit? She wears a tiara as well.
Their is a lady in a dark dress who wears a grand and large tiara looking like the Russian Imperial one created for Queen Alexandra' she sits behind the second mentioned lady in blue dress, and tiara. They are other ladies in the 3rd and second row wearing tiaras as well and some just in pearl chokers.
The state openings of Parliament took place on March 12 1974 when the queen wore day dress and no jewels, another grander ceremony happened on October 29 when QEII wore the Baring Necklace. The next year she wore on November 19 the Jubilee necklace as she does in the video posted and the dress matches so I suspect that this was 75. The problem is that Georgie married Lord Colin on March 23 1974 and broke up with him nine months later which would be December and then divorced him n spring summer of 1975 the lady cannot be her as they were divorced by that time.
There is a second reason why that lady cannot be 'Lady C'[aside from divorce].
As a mere second son of the 11th Duke of Argyll, Lord Colin is not a Peer of the Realm, and holds the title 'Lord' only 'by courtesy', a status that never entitled the holder to sit in 'the Upper house'.
So neither he, nor [ANY wife of his] could have been present that day.
The lady has a resemblance to Lady C' that's all. Any comments on the tiaras?

So neither he, nor [ANY wife of his] could have been present that day.
I do wish I was able to identify the bejewelled ladies in the video, but unfortunately my knowledge is rather limited when it comes to the noble families in the United Kingdom.
As for the date of this State Opening of Parliament, I actually think it might be even 1976. There are two photos on Getty Image where the Queen is visible when searing for "State Opening of Parliament". The date, however, is not accurate as they are both dated 1st January 1975. I suspect that the one which is an overview of the scene is from 1974. In the second one - which is a photo taken closer up - the Queen is wearing a different dress but still with the Baring rubies. So I suspect that is the correct one from 1975.
In 1976 a portrait photograph was taken of the Queen on the day of the State Opening of Parliament that year and she now seems to be wearing the same dress as the one she wears in the video. Also, she is in this photo wearing Queen Victoria's Jubilee necklace.
I know that this doesn't help in identifying the non-Royal ladies, but I thought it worth mentioning as it is so difficult to match the dates when photographs are dated incorrectly or not adequately.
