Regrettably my physical location and distance precluded me from respectively relaying what is in my post thus posting here. I do not believe there is a cultural difference as she was definitely from NOTB but that does not mean that cultural differences do not exist
Hoping she sees the post and considers others on the beach in the future when walking her dogs.
