The Ministry of Education (SEP) has announced a 4-day 'mega-puente' starting on March 15-18, one week before Semana Santa. . (A long weekend is called a 'puente', or bridge in Spanish)
This could make for a busier Holy Week this year because many will combine the two holidays for a longer vacation.
