Yes, if you order from Mexico it's 1100 pesos per month. If you pay 250 more (1350 total) you can be on roaming and use it in the summer up north. Roaming also allows you to suspend the service and pay $0 during the summer.

Each to their own, but between part-time work and managing the message board, I could not operate on Telmex, Telcel or the local fiber offering. All them were either too slow or too inconsistent. $80 USD per month is well worth it for us, maybe in full retirement I'll change my mind...
