I agree Spencer…the long term and perhaps in the next season of turbulent coastal tides and hurricanes will tell the story! While this Pueblo sees its affluence growing both in tourism, NOB, a huge jump in rates for rents and supplies it will be interesting to see how taking the rocks away may prove the detriment to all in the long term! Vamos a ver! But one must admire the tenacity of the locals who worked so hard to clear it…just like after the destruction of storms!
