I haven't seen a post about it lately so I want to spread the word. Applause to Jen who took on the job of bringing the local gym back to its glory. I had visited it right before she took over and it was in a really bad way but moving on. She hired an employee who cleans the gym daily. No more dirty floor during yoga class. She brought in more exercise equipment, making a huge investment! The facility was painted, new lighting and fans and bathrooms not to run from.

Yes there's always room to improve but for the last 6 months I have regularly attended and there is always people of all ages focused on their exercise routines. there has been enough space and enough equipment to finish my routine. Sometimes the music is louder than my liking but maybe that's just a sign I'm getting older 😂

Thank you Jen for bringing in health products and activewear that I had to order online or bring from the states. Thank you for keeping this facility open because it is increasing the well-being of so many local residents, shaping healthy habits in the youth. I look forward to being my personal training clients in this winter and teaching any requested classes.

The gym is open Monday through Friday 7-12 and 4-9 pm. Saturday 7-12. Good business deserve RAVES!!
