Two special offerings on one night.

First, Reverend Bodhi Be will share insights on Death and Dying from his twenty plus years of Death Doula trainings and as the only Certified Green funeral director on Maui. Doorway Into Light, founded with his wife, Leilah Be, and Ram Das in 2012 has been a beacon of light for those passing through this most important life event and to their families and friends. He will also give insights on the power of an ongoing community Death Cafe and how we could support one here in La Manzanilla.

The second half of the evening will be dedicated to the Life and Love affirming Sufi Zikr, lead by Murshida Leilah Be. Sufi Zikr is a living dance mandala and Spiritual practice designed to take both the individual and the group circle closer to the deepest part of ourselves while connecting with each other. Supported with live music and song, including one of La Manzanilla’s favorite guitarists, Paul Bergman, the Zikr is a special way to end the year and prepare for the new year.
