It’s all so very complicated, Jeanne. Especially if they only work a few hours a week. Pablo helped me figure it out a few years ago. What I decided to do was to pay my gardener 1/2 a month’s pay. He’s seems very happy with that. I also gave him a raise a couple of years ago when things started to become more expensive here. And let’s not forget to tip our garbage people. Good luck with it all.
