The Music
Eduardo starts off the evening at 5 p.m. with his smooth sound. At 6:30 p.m, Mariachi Arriba Jalisco will crank up the party and play until 8:30 p.m. If you’ve never had a chance to enjoy mariachi, please take advantage of this opportunity. If you have already heard this amazing music, you know you will have a great time.

Main dish: Pick one of the following when you purchase your ticket
*Chiles en nogada
Poblano chiles stuffed with picadillo (a mixture usually containing shredded meat, aromatics, fruits and spices) topped with a walnut-based cream sauce called nogada, pomegranate seeds and parsley
*Flautas
Fried twisted corn tortilla stuffed with chicken, with cream, lettuce, cheese and tomato sauce
*Pambazo
Boillon stuffed with potato and sausage, bathed in guajillo sauce, accompanied by lettuce, cream and cheese
*Tlacoyos
Thick rhomboid-shaped corn dough tortilla, filled with a bean dough, covered with tomato sauce, with cheese, cream, onion and cilantro
