Evidence of another huge loss of water from the big town cistern above the Primaria. Probably happened last night and/or early this morning. Not running when I went by at about 8:30 am. Again, a LOT of water ran down the hill.
I’m not sure whom to address to fix this.
Such a waste, especially in this time of drought.
If you know who can help with this seemingly recurrent problem, please let us know!
