Is there a trick to the atm in town next to the police station? Last year we could not get it to work with our card. It did ask for a cell phone # and I am not sure if that requires a MX number which we do not have.

Are there any banks/atm in melaque that are known to work with US atm cards? Withdrawal limits if known?
