I have been transferring funds problem-free from USA to Kapital Bank using WISE for a couple weeks, with no hiccups or unreliability whatsoever.
What I did was pretty much the same thing that Spencer outlined in the first post in this thread.
I mention this in hopes of helping. Perhaps the reps at Kapital Bank don't have the complete story how the international transfers are working.
Are you in a position where you could try a transfer without humans involved, ie:
1) Update your intercam/Kapital app on your phone.
2) Log into your intercam/Kapital account with your phone.
3) Get your new CLABE
4) Go to the WISE app and initiate a transfer with the new CLABE.
I am simply "thinking out loud." Transfers seem to be working for me and others, and the only difference I am seeing is that we are not involving humans, whereas you are.
