We are so glad to be back in La Manzanilla - and enjoying a little dinner snack at Nik-Nik's tonight. Antonio ('Nik-Nik) and his wife Miriam (who have been married for 29 years we found out tonight) have made some tasty sauces to go with their hamburguesas y perritos: a very tasty spicy peanut sauce, and a tangy nacho cheese sauce. On top of all the other toppings they have, it’s quite a selection!
