I took Luis class today to address my hip pain and he had me do many exercises but not a lot of reps so I will not be sore tomorrow. We can increase the reps going forward as I gain strength. The take away for me was how important it is to engage the core muscles in the abdomen and buttox. That one practice will make a huge difference in my comfort, strength and stability. I am pleased he has come to our community to share his gifts with us.
