Hola. Yes, our beloved bicycle repairman, Agustin, is in the Autlan Hospital receiving dialysis and other needed care. It looks like he may be coming home this weekend.

To get the needed operation and other medical procedures, like removing the liquid around his lungs, the surgeons and hospital required payment ahead of time. That is the system here for advanced medical care.

The family, nor I, had this kind of $. I am lucky to live in my daughters home here with a small Social Security pension and a credit card. So I charged the 20,000 and got it to the hospital so that the needed medical care could proceed.

The hospital estimates that Tilin's care will come to 21,000 pesos plus. We are also now planning to sanitize and paint his apartment so that he can come home to a safe environment and receive dialysis care at home.
