If Mateo makes this post before 10 p.m. Saturday, will it be fifth on the list by the time you read this on Sunday?
NEW MENU, NEW PRICES
We understand prices everywhere seem to always go up. In our case, that has been true to an extent, but we’re about to lower some prices on several of our food dishes. We hope this attracts more customers and hope you may continue to support our business. As always, no one is required to purchase food nor alcohol, but we ask everyone to purchase at least one item not only at the Crocodile, but at any bar or restaurant you visit in La Manzanilla.
T-SHIRTS
You can purchase new Crocodile shirts daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We have a variety of styles and colors, not only the ones on display. Please be respectful to others by keeping the shirts in the box in an orderly fashion.
SEAHAWKS AND LIONS AND DUCKS, OH MY!
Mateo knows everyone can’t stop talking about the 5-10 New Orleans Saints, but out of kindness he has agreed to show games involving the Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers and even the Buffalo Bills. Crocodile Bar will also show Oregon on Jan. 1 in the College Football Playoffs along with the rest of the major games.
EARLY NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER
For Mateo’s friends who will be in bed when the clock strikes midnight, or even if you’re still out on the street, come by the Crocodile Bar for the final sunset of 2025 and a nice meal. The dinner starts at 6 p.m. Dec. 31. Please check the Crocodile page on Facebook or Instagram for more details on Monday morning. Mateo apologizes to those of you who only have TikTok.
WINE WEDNESDAYS
As if the new happy hour wasn’t enough, come join us every Wednesday–including New Year’s Eve–for “Wine Wednesdays.” You may enjoy a bottle of Concha y Toro Chilean wine for only 300 pesos.
HAPPY HOUR
Come by Monday-Friday from 3 p.m.-4 p.m. No need to argue about 2x1 for a crummy sugary margarita when you can find a quality margarita for 60 pesos at the Crocodile. Free Coronita with any tequila shot. Bucket of 6 Coronas or 6 Victorias for 180 pesos.
BEST BREAKFAST
We open at 8 a.m. daily and proudly serve a delicious breakfast not only to our hotel guests, but anyone who wants a good deal. You can get chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, huevos divorciados, eggs to order and pancakes for 100 pesos with either juice or coffee included. We also have bacon and eggs, enchiladas suizas, french toast and other delicious options.
ONLY AT THE CROCODILE EVERY MONDAY
Come join the Latin sounds of the new band “Yotzin” at 5 p.m. Mondays. If you haven’t checked them out already, ask a friend who has and most likely you’ll get a great recommendation.
NO SMOKING
Please understand we ask everyone to refrain from smoking on the property. The property includes the wooden tables next to the palapa and the lounge chairs and the private porches for the hotel guests. We have placed ash trays on the round brown plastic tables on the beach. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
