Thank you, Andrew, for heads up.
At the other end of town, near Boca del Rio and Playa Dorada, my dog was wickedly beaten up (two years ago ... but not easily forgotten) by (I'm sorry to say) a pittie. My dog had 14 stitches in two of her little legs (she's 10kg) and multiple puncture wounds. The Pit, and it breaks my heart, is confined to barracks (so to speak) but occasionally does get out.
