Spectacular dance & bull riding event with 2 cattle ranches from Jalisco
5 bulls from the new ranch El Capricho
Riding bulls up to 8 seconds
Bulls released to challenge groups of riders
Los Genios del Jaripeo vs Los Alterados
Rodeo season for the best bull riders
Event ceded by El Señor de los Gallos
SAT FEB 07
Cattle Ranch Tournament
Starts at 2:00 p.m. with sponsored refreshments and snacks at the main square
Performance by Gusano Peña, Kike Hunter and friends, local farmers of La Manzanilla
At 7:00 p.m., event moves to the Rodeo bullring
Tournament between Jalisco ranches vs Colima ranches
Each state represented by 3 selected ranches
Grand final: champion bull against wind, featuring top riders
Music by banda and tamborazo, exclusive from El Charco
SUN FEB 08
Festival Closing Day – Chicken & Hen Day
From 12:00 p.m., at the oxxo to the Main square parade through town streets with horseback riders and decorated floats
Water fight included
Poultry selection (chickens & hens), represented by Alejandra Morfín, City Councilor of La Huerta, Jalisco
Free dance at night on the soccer field
