Good afternoon.
A report was received of a water outage in an area of ​​Concha Molida Street, past María Asunción Street, heading towards the beach.
Our staff went to investigate today at 2:05 p.m. and confirmed that there is water service in the area at the time of the inspection. The videos were taken at that time.
Since yesterday, we have implemented a water rationing system between the town center and the rural area, in order to allow water to reach the higher elevations, as the recovery levels in the wells have begun to decrease after the rainy season.

🕒 Water Delivery Schedule:
💧 From Doña Gelo to the Rural Area:
🕕 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

💧 From Doña Gelo towards the Crocodile Farm and the Dentist's Office area:
🕐 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
